Pocket Neighborhood, Blackwelder Cottages, Coming to OKC!

We are excited to announce our latest project, Blackwelder Cottages, a pocket community blocks away from Oklahoma City's Plaza District. The project will feature ten homes with an open community space designed to encourage natural social interactions. Our goal is to create a community with Blackwelder Cottages with neighbors and businesses just across the street at our live/work spaces.

Pocket neighborhoods are intentional groups of neighboring houses or apartments gathered around a shared open space. Pocket neighborhoods are designed to help inherently create community. One of the significant advantages the Blackwelder Cottages have as a pocket community is the proximity to one of Oklahoma City's most artistic, shoppable, and friendly districts - The Plaza District!
