Please download the application below and submit your application in person at 1601 N. Blackwelder Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73106, or by email here. There is a non-refundable $40 application fee which must be paid before your application will be processed.

Once your application has been received, along with requested documentation and application fee, applicant(s) will be notified of the decision within 3 business days.

Requirements to Qualify:

  • Income must be at least 3 times the rental amount
  • Good rental history
  • No evictions or forcible entry history within the last 5 years
  • Current employment with same company for at least 2 years, less than 2 years,  same field of work.

 

Additional Document Needed:

  • Driver’s License(s) from all applicants
  • Two (2) most recent pay stubs from all applicants
  • If self employed, must submit most recent tax return reflecting gross income

Security Deposit:

Security deposits will be due upon approval and assured as your new home when payment is received. Property remains on the market until security deposit is paid.

Security deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent, held in a trust account, and refundable at time of move out.  Security deposit is for faithful performance of the lease terms and for maintaining the property in good condition.

Pets:

Pets are on a case by case basis depending on breed, size, and a positive pet reference.
